No. Just some comfortable clothes to exercise in, gym shoes, some water and you might like to have a towel on hand.

How often do I need to exercise?
If transformation is your goal: ideally, for the first 12 weeks of a training program, working with a Fitness Specialist 2 to 3 times a week will maximise your fitness improvements.

What to expect on your first session – medical screening and fitness assessment
To ensure that you will receive an appropriate exercise program, during your first session, you will undergo a health screening. This will be followed by fitness testing for strength, endurance, flexibility as well as a postural analysis to determine a base line.
I listen to you. We work together to achieve your goals: it might be to improve energy or balance, tone up, lose weight, rehabilitate an injury, improve strength or endurance, build muscle, increase flexibility or agility, improve your functional ability and mobility, de-stress or just some motivation.
Your fitness and health is paramount! During your first session, we determine if there are any potential health issues. If so, your doctor would need to be consulted for a medical opinion on the suitable level of exercise for your condition.
